Properties of everX Flow:

The reinforced fibre creates superior toughness, making everX Flow ideal for large or cracked cavities.

It is excellent for bulk placement. everX Flow can be layered up to 5.5mm thickness, and its flowable consistency means it adapts seamlessly to the cavity.

With everX Flow, dentists can make direct restorations in cases where indirect restorations may have been indicated.

It’s an affordable solution designed with strength in mind to last longer than other styles of restorations.

everX Flow comes in two shades that cover all patient needs. The bulk shade is optimal for deep posterior cavities and has a depth of cure of 5.5mm, while the dentine shade has a depth of cure of 2mm and is ideal for aesthetic results and core build-up.

Superior fracture toughness for durable restorations

Most composites offer perfect features for enamel replacement: high wear resistance and aesthetics. However, they are not able to equal dentine when it comes to resistance to fracture, which can lead to cracking in restorations.

everX Flow overcomes this issue because it possesses formidable fracture toughness close to that of dentine itself, thanks to the glass fibre composite, which is strongly bonded to the resin matrix. This enables the material to efficiently reinforce large post-endo posterior restorations, in combination with a conventional composite as the enamel layer.

Thanks to its optimal thixotropy, everX Flow can easily adapt to every preparation and help avoid porosities. Its controlled flow also enables you to place it in upper molars without slumping.
